As a Photographer, developing a personal connection with my subject matter is important to me in order to create images that look authentic. I also compositionally simplify my backgrounds as I feel that it helps to create a more unique image. Lastly, I make a concerted effort to find the best light available as it can help to enhance the story I am trying to tell with my photos.
