As we age, it’s important to stay active in order to maintain our health and well-being. According to one study, four of the top five activities most commonly cited by seniors as being their favorites are, by their nature, very active. While we may not be able to do all of these things as we get older, it’s important to find ways to stay active that we enjoy so that we can maintain our health and vitality.
